13 things for 2013



1. Do another triathlon

2. Save to buy a good bike

3. Enter some open water swims

4. Take up surfing

5. Grow a veggie patch and actually love and nurture it!

6. Meal plan so we don't waist food

7. Start a personal training business

8. Try new sports or fitness classes

9. Experiment in the kitchen

10. Reduce time on the internet

11. Eat healthy

12. Exercise regularly

13. Drink 2 litres of water a day

  4. Sign me up for everything!! Actually some of yours are some of mine too. Must get to bed as we have a Can Too ocean swim training swim at Mona Vale beach tomorrow. Go the healthy lifestyle mums!!
