Fit Feb

I have been back at work for almost a month now and starting to get into a routine. Managed to find my groove and started doing back yard work outs in the evening until my daughter got gastro and then it hit me!!! Now all the illness are out of the way I am on a personal challenge called Fit Feb.

My aim is to do the following:

  • cardio work out 3-4 times a week
  • swim 1-2 times a week
  • no alcohol
  • eat healthy

  1. Us!!!! We are doing "healthy Feb" as a family - just completely over all the junk food that has been consumed over the festive period. Hope all that juggling going ok and glad you are over your bug.

  10. Well February has passed and now were nealy at the end of March and my daughter and I have gotten into the habit of bike riding each morning before work while we still have good weather :)
