I am building up my core muscles after my c-section doing exercises from here
Grabbing the pram and walking where I can, to play group, friends house or to the shops
Taking the kids to the park and fitting in a bit of exercise while the toddler plays and the baby sleeps
Being thankful that my partner will have both kids so I can do some exercise
Making the most of these hot Autumn days and going to the beach
Starting to find my feet as a mother of two!
